• We will confirm the reservation within 24 hours after booking.
• Check the confirmation email and let us know if something is wrong.
Rates are per night per studio (max. 2 persons).
• The rate on the confirmation email is binding.
• One-time cleaning fee of $ 40 per stay is not included in the rate.
• Our rates include WiFi, linen, bath towels and transport to and from the airport.
• All rates are in US dollars.
• After receipt of the deposit of 25% of the total amount due, the booking is final.
• The deposit must be transferred within one week after the reservation confirmation, otherwise the reservation will expire.
• The remaining amount is due six weeks before arrival.
• For bookings made 6 weeks or less before arrival, the entire booking amount is due.
• In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival, no-show or early departure, the entire booking amount is due. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
• Any cancellation must be reported by e-mail (email@example.com). Only if we have received this no later than 6 weeks before arrival a refund of the deposit can take place (we will inform you by email).
• Cancellation by Tala Lodge Bonaire
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Tala Lodge Bonaire has to cancel a booking, you will be notified immediately by email and a full refund of your (deposit) payments will be made.
6.Arrival and Departure
Check in time is 2pm, check out time 11am. Depending on availability, you can check in early for free or check out later for a $40 fee.
• The minimum age of our guests must be 12 years (if you book all three studios at the same time, this restriction does not apply)
• Tala Lodge Bonaire accepts no responsibility for:
o theft, loss or damage to property during a stay at Tala Lodge Bonaire.
o Malfunctions or interruptions of technical installations and equipment (electricity/water, etc.)
• Guests are liable for loss and/or damage suffered by Tala Lodge Bonaire as a direct or indirect consequence of their stay.
• In the event of incorrect use of the studio or inappropriate abandonment of the studio, additional costs, such as extra cleaning, will be owed by the tenant.
• Tala Lodge Bonaire can carry out maintenance work during the stay, without this giving rise to the right to a refund.
• Tala Lodge is managed by Red Starling Ltd, with its registered office in Haren, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number 58331670), actually located at Kaya Inglatera 7B, Bonaire, Dutch Caribbean (trade register number Bonaire 13636). Red Starling Ltd also mediates in the conclusion of tourist rental agreements that are concluded on behalf of the owners, Mr W.V. Wierda and Mrs M.S.H. Schraven. Red Starling Ltd is not a party to those agreements. Where these conditions refer to ‘Tala Lodge’ as contracting party, this refers to Mr. Wierda and Mrs. Schraven.
• The law of the ‘Public Entities Bonaire – Saba – St. Eustatius’ applies.
• By booking you agree to our terms and conditions and an agreement is concluded with the owners.
